Cardamom Berry Chia Yogurt Bowl

Too tired to make breakfast in the morning? Prep it the night before instead with this chia pudding-inspired yogurt bowl. Made with thick Greek-style yogurt, high-fiber raspberries, and chia seeds scented with cardamom and vanilla, it’ll kickstart your day in the best way possible. Each serving contains a whopping 16 grams of fiber.

Ingredients

cup unsweetened Greek-style yogurt

Tbsp. chia seeds

1

tsp. vanilla

tsp. ground cardamom

cup frozen raspberries

Tbsp. maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Add yogurt, chia seeds, vanilla, and cardamom to a pint mason jar and stir to combine.

    Step 2

    Next, add raspberries and stir again.

    Step 3

    Fasten the lid and place in the refrigerator for at least two hours (or overnight). Stir in maple syrup before eating.
